Topics include strategic planning, organizational design, human resources management, decision-making, ethics, and social responsibility. Relating topics to the current business en-vironment is emphasized. The case analysis concerned with each of these forces is discussed, with emphasis on problem solving. Prerequisites: MSB 100.
