Survey of use of computer in history of art; artists' preparations and the practical generation of computer-assisted imagery. Paint, printmaking, and photographic systems; their specific media. Course is designed to stimulate beginning students to experiment with computer tools as an essential part of their creative efforts. No prior computer experience is required.
