Examination of organizational structure and command, personnel development and management, budgeting and fi scal management, and management systems and techniques within the context of contemporary fi re protection management. Assessment of policy development and advocacy by fi re protection administrators in the political and private sector. Prerequisites: ENG 102 or ENG 201, and PAD 240 or permission of the section instructor.
