Extra Departmental 1 Credit This course focuses on one of the three tenets of a Bay Path education leadership. Building from a base of leadership theory, students will examine the lives of past and current leaders. Students will participate in a series of self-assessment exercises in order to begin to apply leadership skills. Through a series of experiential exercises utilizing Bay Path’s new challenge course and with their newly acquired skills, students will gain a stronger understanding of what leadership is and how it applies to them as developing professionals. Requirements and Prerequsites This course is required for all first-year students and is graded as pass/fail. Offered Fall Spring
