Criminal Justice 3 Credits This course will focus on the art of inquiry and persuasion. Its aim is to compliment standard techniques of communication by offering options for eliciting useful information from individuals. Several methods of question formulation and response analysis will be explored. Emphasis throughout the course will be on developing methodologies which are both effective and also conform to the requirements imposed upon the interrogator by federal and state constitutional principles.
