Prerequisite: ACC 2338. An introductory course in financial and managerial accounting that focuses on the link between accounting principles and the multiple users of accounting framework and concepts; the accounting process; financial statement preparation and analysis; and financial statement elements for both corporate-and partnership-type organizations. Particular attention will be paid to the ethical and international aspects of accounting. Credit: 3 semester hours.
