Fall and Spring Semesters Analyzes the management of organizational behavior, organizational systems, and organizational processes. Students learn to facilitate effective team decision-making; analyze conflict and develop conflict resolution strategies; examine a variety of management and leadership styles; and explore the basic elements of organizational design. An original, field-based, team project is required. Required for management majors. Prerequisite: MGT 1500 or MGT 1511.
