The managerial and organizational dimensions of government agencies, including organizational structures, personnel systems, budgeting, program evaluation, and public relations are analyzed. Ethical, political and social considerations affecting operational and decision-making processes are also examined. Prerequisite: MGT 1500 or MGT 1511.
