Spring Semester An overview of public organizations and their responses to the expectations and demands of the public. The managerial and organizational dimensions of government agencies, including organizational structures, personnel systems, budgeting, program evaluation, and public relations are analyzed. Ethical, political and social considerations affecting operational and decision-making processes are also examined. Prerequisite: MGT 1500 or MGT 1511.
