CE Rotation Examines legal and regulatory issues confronted by the health care professional in today’s changing environment. Specific issues addressed include health care facility liability, staff and nursing liability, patient consent, law and the mental health patient, reporting obligations, patient rights, medical records, labor relations and hospital reorganization.
