Fall Semester This course introduces the concepts of Information Technology and its framework, encompassing the areas of application development, hardware management, information processing, networking and telecommunications. Students will learn about system analysis and design using practical examples. They will use real world scenarios that show how Information Technology is applied in an advanced information systems environment to support users, management and the whole enterprise. The course is a pre-requisite for potential Information Technology majors and is ideal for students in other majors who may be interested in gaining an in-depth knowledge of information systems.
