Offered Periodically This course is designed to increase the student’s understanding of Spain and its people. We examine sociological, ideological, and historical themes, as well as the artistic and cinematic elements found in the films viewed. Films represent several of Spain’s most well known directors and film actors. Taught in English. All films have English subtitles. Prerequisite: Sophomore standing or departmental approval. Fee.
