Offered Periodically Acquaints students with powerful novels, plays, and poems, and teaches students how to receive the energy these writers can convey. Emphasis will be upon cultural literacy and understanding archetypal characters and stories in terms of myth and legend. Conditions of setting, foreshadows, elements of plot and character, and rules of dramatic action, are definitions applied to the works under study. This course meets the CLAC I Literature requirement.
