Spring Semester This course focuses on the care and teaching of infants and toddlers in group settings. The developmental characteristics of children from birth to age three will be the basis for planning developmentally appropriate learning experiences, organizing the physical environment, and recognizing the importance of the teacher-child relationship. This course will fulfill the O.C.C.S. coursework requirement for Infant-Toddler Lead Teacher, as well as serve as an elective for Education Majors. Prerequisites: PSY 1400, ED 2161.
