Fall and Spring Semesters (tutorial) Students gain additional skills in effective mentoring and advance their knowledge of related issues. Students will be expected to demonstrate leadership in planning and implementing mentoring activities, establishing and maintaining communication with schools and agencies involved in the mentoring partnership, and developing resources for support of mentor/mentee matches. In continuing mentoring relationships students will be expected to demonstrate advanced levels of insight into the mentoring process. (Same course as COM 2351). This course meets the international/multicultural requirement. Prerequisite: ED 2350. Corequisite: ED 2351 P.
