Rotating Spring Semesters Spring 2009, 2011 Effective communication plays a key role in every aspect of the health care delivery process. This introductory course explores the communication needs of health care and health promotion and examines current issues and problems in the modern health care system. It identifies strategies and tactics that health care communicators, health care providers, and others employed in health care or related fields can use to improve communications with patients, families, other health professionals, the media, and the general public.
