Fall and Spring Semesters Covers the basics of reporting and news writing. Emphasis on lead writing, interviewing, researching and preparing news stories. Discussion of libel laws and ethics. Some writers will have their stories appear in The Currier Times. ( Same course as ENG 2900). Prerequisites: ENG 1280 and three (3) additional credits of English at the 1000-level.
