This course is a continuation of CSC-122 Computer Science I in C++. This course will present the fundamentals of data structures from an object-oriented perspective. The focus will be on the use of classes for design and implementation of Abstract Data Types. Lists, stacks, queues, trees, sets, and graphs will be studied as well as searching, sorting and recursive algorithms. The use of dynamic data structures will also be examined. Students will apply these concepts through programming assignments in a commercially viable objectoriented language. Software engineering principles will be stressed.
