Limited to nontraditional students with special problems that may keep them from enrolling in conventional fitness and wellness classes. Designed to increase fitness through aerobic workouts. Contains a common core of knowledge concerning physical fitness, health, and wellness topics. Prerequisite: permission of the department chairperson. A total of 2 hours of credit may be earned. Not open to students who have credit in PEFWL 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 117, 148, 217.
