Description:
Designed to increase fitness through twice weekly endurance (lap) swimming sessions. Stroke efficiency, muscular strength, and endurance will be improved. Ability to swim at the intermediate level is required. Includes one hour of lecture per week containing a common core of knowledge concerning physical fitness, health, and wellness topics. Prerequisite: successful completion of an entry-level skill test. Not open to students who have credit in PEFWL 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 117, 148, 160.
