Introduction to and analysis of historical and current theories of leadership; examination of critical thinking, ethics, and methods of inquiry as they pertain to the process and study of leadership; analysis of leadership competencies, such as communication, problem solving, and being an agent of change will also be explored. Prerequisite: permission of the department chairperson. A total of 3 hours may be earned. Open only to leadership studies minors and excellence in leadership phase three participants.
