Topics include alternative structures of DNA, mechanisms of DNA replication, mutagenesis, DNA rearrangements, regulation of gene expression, RNA processing, and molecular and mutagenetic analysis of cell cycle. Prerequisite: BIO 214; CHEM 231. Prerequisite recommended: BIO 215.
