The formulation or writing of a research-oriented thesis/project working with a faculty advisor or the director of African Studies. Students will produce a research paper or project on an African theme or topic of their choice. Prerequisite: fourteen (14) hours completed or in progress from African Studies minor; permission of the department chairperson. Open only to students minoring in African Studies.
