This capstone management course explores the management of the human system as it relates to organizations, society and the global market. The functions of strategic planning, organizational engineering and structuring, directing, and controlling are applied to the managerial decision-making process especially through the use of teams and the theory of The Learning Organization. Self-managing teams develop and critique case studies using the resources of the sophisticated technologically advanced management learning environment. Students document their learning through portfolios. Take this course during the final semester of the program. Class hrs. 3. Prerequisite: MGT 101 Business Organization and Management or permission of Curriculum Chair.
