The main focus of this course is to help students increase their awareness of self and others. Students will gain an understanding of the theory and structure of group process as a vehicle to increase their leadership and group problem-solving ability. Some consideration will be given to group dynamics as a viable therapeutic construct. Prerequisite: PS101.
