This course introduces the student to Physicians' Current Procedural Terminology, with emphasis on evaluation and management, modifiers, and surgical procedure coding guidelines. Students are presented with referencing resources specific to current conventional and federally administered CPT-4 coding guidelines. It discusses tumor and trauma registries.
