Description:
The use and integration of Internet technologies with other computer software applications is at the center of this course. The objective is to understand the process of digital information manipulation and to develop the critical information management and technology skills required by an "information age" workplace and society (searching,critical analysis, evaluation, and communication). Social, cultural and ethical issues surrounding digital information are discussed. Offered fall, spring, and summer. (Formerly offered as 4 credits.) 3 credits
