This course surveys the ?eld of social psychology, examining key topics including conformity, influence, social perception, social cognition, aggression, prosocial behavior and interpersonal relationships. Major theoretical contributions are also examined including dissonance, social identity, attribution, and heuristic processing. Prerequisite: PSY 101 or SOC 215 or equivalent.
