A comprehensive coverage of the standard contracts between various agencies involved in construction will be described in the course. Analysis of traditional and current project delivery methodologies will also be presented. Issues related to insurance and bonding in the construction industry will be highlighted. Advanced topics such as alternate dispute resolution will also be covered. Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: CCE 4310 and CCE 4360 or permission of instructor.
