In this second semester of a two-course sequence, students will focus on the concepts of health care systems, nursing as a profession, nursing case management, collaboration, and negotiation and research. Nursing practice will be provided in settings such as Housing and Urban Development (HUD) housing units, group homes and half-way houses, and senior centers. This course is approved as a writing-intensive course which may fulfill the baccalaureate-level writing requirement of the student's curriculum (i.e., prelicensure track). Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: Completion of NUR 3060 with a grade of ā€œCā€ or better; PHIL 3340. Corequisite: NUR 3330.Credits: 9 hours
