An analysis and description of the law and women (as well as other groups). Specific topics include coverture, the Equal Protection clause, the Civil Rights Act, affirmative action, sexual harassment and discrimination, Title IX and abortion. This course is approved as a writing-intensive course which may fulfill the baccalaureate-level writing requirement of the student's curriculum.
