Specific topics include coverture, the Equal Protection clause, the Civil Rights Act, affirmative action, sexual harassment and discrimination, Title IX and abortion. This course is approved as a writing-intensive course which may fulfill the baccalaureate-level writing requirement of the student's curriculum.
