This course focuses on leadership and management concepts that assist the professional nurse in providing care for clients within the health care delivery system. Clinical experiences are individualized to provide the student with the opportunity to participate in leadership and management situations. Lecture: 3 hrs; Clinical Lab: 6 hrs.
