An experientially based which provides the opportunity for learning about group process and dynamics both in academic terms and in experiential ones. A focus on analysis of group behavior in vivo will be stressed with the following process underscored as especially important: goals, norms, leadership, conformity, support, confrontation, flight behavior, problem-solving, commitment and coherence, and effective group functioning.
