Examines the assessment, communication, and management of environmental risks. “Environmental” concerns are limited to agents that are: 1) environmental or occupational in origin, and 2) hazardous to human health. “Risk” refers to the subjective as well as objective measurement of probabilistic events; recognize uncertainties with such information.
