The student will learn how a law office is organized and managed, and will study the impact of the automation revolution on the operation of the law office. The course will also focus on the importance of preventing malpractice, conflict of interest and other ethical issues that arise in day to day law office situations. The use of software tutorials will be included in this course. Prerequisite: PARA 206. $84 Lab Fee. 3 sem. hrs. 3 crs.
