It is a study of the basic scientific methodology as exemplified by fundamental physical and chemical concepts and illustrated through theory and practical applications. Topics include: atomic and molecular structures, nuclear chemistry, bonding, phases of matter, chemical reactions, acid-base chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry.
