This course examines the relationship between art and editorial material. Through practical training and in-class instruction students will learn how to design, edit, specify type, select color, stock, and the appropriate production process. Students will practice designing typical organizational publications such as newsletters, annual reports and collateral material. The principles of design as applied to exhibits and displays will also be covered. 3 sem. hrs. 3 crs.
