Methods of collecting, charting and analyzing statistical data; frequency distributions; discrete probability; binomial and Poisson distributions; normal curve analysis; linear correlation and regression; introduction to time series and index numbers. Prerequisite: MATH 115 or 116 and CISC/MATH 120 and placement at the ENGL 109 level. 3 sem. hrs. 3 crs.
