This course is a fast-paced one semester precalculus course which includes a study of polynomial, rational, algebraic, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions and their applications. A TI 89 symbolic algebra system and graphing calculator is required for class, assignments, and testing. Prerequisites: A working knowledge of high school mathematics including two years of algebra and Gwynedd Mercy University Mathematics Assessment Test, Level 4.
