This course provides student with an excellent foundation upon which to build their network training. The course covers the basics of computer networking, including terms and concepts. Networking technology¿how it works, and why it works ¿ is made clear in this course, where concepts like contemporary network services, transmission media, and protocols are explained. Students learn how protocols are used in networking implementations from many vendors, especially those most common in today¿s LANs and WANs.
