This course surveys the history, belief, lifestyle, ritual, and organization of various Christian groups in the Americas. The survey of these Christian groups will be complemented by investigation into specific spiritual journeys of individual citizens. Throughout the course special attention will be given to justice issues, including the role of women and matters of race.
