Focus on facilitating holistic healthy outcomes for families experiencing transitions. Family transitions, developmental and situational, through the life-cycle are explored. Issues surrounding health-illness transitions in the family are also discussed. Diversity of family life related to ethnicity/culture is emphasized. The role of the holistic nurse as an educator, consultant, facilitator and partner with the client/s is emphasized. Twelve hours of clinical practicum weekly. Pre-requisites: NURS 230, NURS 231, NURS 364. Co-requisite: NURS 373
