This course focuses on specialized interventions for individuals with physical and health disabilities in educational settings; specialized materials for individuals with disabilities; prevention and intervention strategies for individuals with disabilities; technology for planning and managing the teaching and learning environment; select and plan for integration of related services into the instructional program, create or adapt appropriate learning plans; design and implement curriculum strategies for medical self-management procedures; use appropriate adaptations and assertive technology for all individuals with disabilities. Required field experiences in diverse settings - 30 hours. Pre-requisite: EDSP 370, EDSP 373, EDSP 374
