This course provides a systems approach to the study of human anatomy and physiology, emphasizing skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems, as well as cells, tissues, skin, joints and special senses. Laboratory classes are designed to reinforce the lecture material and include dissections of vertebrate specimans. This course will provide a strong base in preparation for more advanced courses such as Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. Offered Fall, Spring.
