This is a reform math course and students will work in collaborative groups on laboratories and write laboratory reports that present what they have learned in the form of an essay complete with graphs and formulas. Topics include: linear, polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic and trigonometric functions. Note: A graphing calculator is required. A TI-83 or TI-86 will be used in the classroom and is recommended. Prerequisite: MA 110. ( 4 semester hours) Fall/Spring
