Students are given the opportunity to earn academic credit by serving as interns in various governmental or public service oriented offices. The nature of the services that the student will be called upon to perform will depend on the particular assignment. It is the responsibility of the student to apply for the internship. Credits received for participation in an internship program range from 3 to 12 depending on the type of internship selected. Grading: Pass/Fail. Prerequisite: History 1000 or political science 2000 level course or permission of instructor.
