This course focuses on the collection and organization of information relevant to a person’s health status. Emphasis is on developing skills for taking a nursing history, for conducting a psychosocial assessment and a physical assessment on a well individual, and for reporting results of the assessment in an organized manner. 2 hours lecture, 3 hours lab Prerequisites: BIO 1040, PSY 1010, SOC 1010.
