This course introduces the student to educational software available for use in the classroom, including games, simulation and modeling, and tutorial software. It will also cover the use of software for administrative purposes such as grade books, attendance keeping, and test authoring and administration. The course will discuss how to evaluate software packages for use in the classroom. Specific software packages will be used. Prerequisite: MSMC requirement for computer literacy.
