This course focuses on individual, interpersonal and group behavior in organizations. Students will explore behavior patterns of social actors (managers, leaders and employees) in organizational settings. Knowledge about managing organizational behavior, based on theories, models and concepts are explored. Topics include: the role of the manager, personality, perception, motivation, leadership, individual and group decision making, power and political behavior, conflict resolution, organization design, human resource policies, and organization change and development.
