Focuses on providing secondary teachers with research-based, pragmatic reading and writing instructional practices to help their students develop general and course content literacy skills. Emphasizes application of these practices to produce a series of lesson plans for pre-reading, during reading, and post-reading activities which will then be integrated into a final Unit Plan Project.
