4 Credits Business,Professional Studies Accounting (transfer) Basic concepts and principles of financial accounting are introduced in this course. Students study the accounting equation, the accounting cycle, accruals and deferrals, financial statements, accounting systems, current assets and liabilities, long-term assets and debt, stocks, and cash flow. Prerequisites: MAT 115 or Regents Mathematics Course II and ENG 101.
